Initial Nutritional Consultation
This first 60-minute session is all about you. We’ll go over your health history, your current concerns, and your goals. From there, Tessa creates a custom plan tailored to your unique needs, designed to lay down the foundation for healing and lasting results. Together, we’ll set you on the path to feeling your best.
Please Note: An Initial Appointment is required for all new clients.
60 Minutes – $130

30-Minute Nutritional Follow-Up
Booked typically two weeks after your initial session, this appointment is for accountability, insight, and momentum. We’ll revisit your plan, adjust as needed, and add new recommendations to keep you moving steadily toward your goals.

One Week Meal Plan
Take the guesswork out of daily meals with a custom one-week plan created just for you by Tessa. Complete with delicious, easy recipes for every meal (plus snacks) and a ready-to-go grocery list, this plan helps you simplify, stay nourished, and align your eating with your healing goals. Perfect as an add-on to your initial consultation.
